The Challenge

Founders, marketers, and boutique agencies need competitor visibility without paying for heavy enterprise SEO suites or maintaining manual spreadsheets. Most tools optimize for breadth, not the narrow workflow of rank, compare, and act — leaving teams with high costs, slow reporting, and few clear next steps.

Our Solution

VIVRO built SEO Competitor Monitor as a production Next.js 16 application with Supabase Auth and row-level security. Users create a project with their target site, competitor URLs, and keywords, then sync live Google organic results via Serper.dev. Rankings are stored for trend charts and keyword tables, and Google Gemini produces strategic SEO reports with localized SERP settings. The stack — Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Recharts, and Vercel — keeps the product fast, private-by-default, and free to run on free-tier APIs.
